A six-month Institute with one-day sessions each month for nonprofit leaders provides valuable training and development opportunities. An Institute for new nonprofit CEO/Executive Directors provides the time, the guidance, and the content that enables deeper and integrated learning that translates into practice. The CNE CEO/New Executive Director Leadership Institute is this deeper dive. This curriculum provides a comprehensive overview of the key areas nonprofit leaders need to master, blending theoretical knowledge with practical skills and tools.

Developmental professionals in the nonprofit sector will facilitate the processing of information with the application to their own leadership to optimize the integration and growth of the leader. Sessions are designed to provide, practical and relevant content that engages participants in problem-solving, self, and group reflection for best practice and creative execution, and accomplish mission outcomes and results leadership through others.
