T his exclusive 10-month program blends world-class training with hands-on application to help Tenness ee nonprofits effectively champion their missions and communities. To ensure deep\, individualized s upport\, the cohort is strictly limited to 12 o rganizations.

Expert-Led Deep Dives: A ccess monthly 90-minute virtual sessions and three high-impact\, in-person convenings (including a D ay on the Hill!).
1-on-1 Coaching: Get three hours of tailored\, tactical feedba ck from a professional advocacy coach.
Real-World Application: Design and execut e a customized Advocacy Project—such as a bill\, r egulatory change\, or active campaign—specifically tailored to your mission.\n
