We’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate Patient Care Coordinator (Out take) to support patients at the end of their visit ensuring they understand next steps, treatment plans, and financial arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Support patients at checkout with care and clarity
- Reinforce treatment plans and next steps
- Manage payments, ledgers, and financial arrangements
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate insurance, sliding fee scale, and programs
- Keep schedules organized and clinic flow strong
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 2+ years of dental office experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance & financial coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Dentrix Enterprise and Microsoft experience preferred
- A passion for helping patients feel supported
