CNM's CEO Conversations are designed to provide learning and networking opportunities for Executive Directors and CEOs. With a mix of educational and social gatherings, this series invites participants to share best practices and work together to sharpen leadership skills.

Event Description:

There are myriad reasons to collaborate with other organizations and audiences aligned with your mission, but with whom and what's the strategy? Join CNM and Ashiya Swan (Executive Director of the Nashville Freedom School Partnership) for our next CEO Conversation virtual event. Together, we will work and learn with fellow leaders toward the goal of building strong and productive strategic alliances in the community, ultimately boosting impact and increasing funding.

We will be using this partnership template as part of a group activity tomorrow. You are welcome to download it and start brainstorming. 

About the Speaker:

As the Executive Director of the Nashville Freedom School Partnership, Ashiya brings together local community groups, college students and faculty, faith-based organizations, public schools, corporate and private donors, concerned parents and educators, to create and sustain enrichment programming for underserved children. She has merged her skills as a holistic coach, yoga instructor, and circle facilitator to provide restorative wellness services for both individuals and groups.
