About CEO Conversations:
CNM’s CEO Conversations series is designed to provide learning and networking opportunities for Nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs. With a mix of educational and social gatherings, CEO Conversation events allow space for Executives to share best practices while strengthening the whole nonprofit community.
Event Description:
Are you maximizing your board's potential for connections, donations, community engagement, and professional skills? Leveraging your board's network and unique skill set is vital. Successful nonprofit CEOs understand the importance of engaging the board as a strategic partner, tapping into the full power of an organization's people with the right tools to advance a nonprofit's mission.
So, as we look towards the remainder of 2022, how can executive leaders capitalize on the full benefit from board members and staff leaders forming a dedicated team committed to a common purpose?
Join CNM for our May CEO Conversation as we discuss how executive leaders can work with and leverage their board members' talent to navigate the nonprofit to a successful and sustainable future. We will be breaking down and brainstorming how to implement a strategy that will increase engagement and serve to fulfill a nonprofit's mission.
