CNE Learning Lab: Mission Meets Governance and Board Excellence

A full day of powerful learning, collaboration, and strategic insight into nonprofit board governance.  Through four dynamic workshops and interactive panel discussion, participants will explore how strong governance drives mission impact and organizational success. From clarifying roles and responsibilities to advancing fundraising and inclusion, this day equips boards and nonprofit leaders to lead with confidence and purpose. Attendees will leave with actionable tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed energy to elevate their board’s effectiveness.

This workshop is a beginner to intermediate board governance workshop ideal for organizational leaders and board members.

  • 10:45 – 12:15 – Oversight Without Overstepping-Roles and Responsibilities-Brad Gray
