Nashville CARES
Midlevel Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) – CARES 360 Memphis
Nashville CARES
Job Summary
As a Midlevel Provider at CARES 360 Memphis…
You’ll play an important role in expanding access to HIV treatment, prevention, STI services, and sexual healthcare through the CARES 360 Memphis low-barrier clinic located at Friends For All.
In this role, you’ll serve as an accessible entry point to care for individuals who may be newly diagnosed with HIV, looking to begin PrEP, seeking STI treatment, or reconnecting with HIV care. You’ll provide timely clinical services, answer patient questions, initiate appropriate treatment, and help connect patients with ongoing care and supportive resources.
Unlike a traditional appointment-based clinic, this location incorporates walk-in access to help reduce delays and barriers to care. You’ll work within established clinical protocols while collaborating with case management, prevention, behavioral health, pharmacy, phlebotomy, and other supportive services.
We’re looking for a provider who is compassionate, clinically confident, adaptable, and collaborative. This is also a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative and wants to contribute ideas as the clinic continues to grow and expand its services.
