Job Responsibilities

The Role
The Program Administrator will lead our Nursing Home Oral Health Initiative, coordinating care delivery in long-term care facilities. This role manages facility partnerships, scheduling, and data tracking while ensuring residents receive consistent, prevention-based oral health services. Reporting to the Chief Officer of Statewide Initiatives, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between facilities, dental teams, and Interfaith staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and coordinate program services in LTC facilities
  • Manage scheduling, resident consents, and follow-up care
  • Track data, prepare reports, and support evaluation of outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols
  • Facilitate meetings, training, and communication with partners

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of program or project management experience
  • Background in long-term care, dental, or older adult health preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
