YEAH! (Youth Empowerment through Arts and Humanities)

Apply

Job Summary

Youth Empowerment through Arts and Humanities (YEAH!) is a Middle Tennessee nonprofit that champions youth voices through inclusive, socially conscious music education. Our year-round programs create safe and courageous spaces where young people ages 6 to 17 feel they belong. Through hands-on music experiences that go beyond learning an instrument and performing on stage, youth build confidence, leadership, and self-advocacy. Every program is rooted in collaboration, creative risk-taking and culturally responsive instruction.

The Program Coordinator is an organized, youth-centered team member who keeps YEAH!’s programs running smoothly day to day. This role is a great fit for someone passionate about inclusive, boundary-breaking music education, youth development and wellness, and community building, all of which help young people grow in confidence, empathy, creativity, and leadership.

Reporting to the Director of Programs and Communications, the Program Coordinator manages program logistics, supports curriculum and youth engagement, and keeps the records YEAH! relies on to plan budgets and improve programs.
